The
ERA Mortgage
At ERA Mortgage, we've created a way of doing mortgages that is so fast, so simple,
and so convenient, you will never go back to your old way of doing mortgages.
This is how it works:
Customers can call us seven days a week for a same-day mortgage
decision.
Through our innovative telecommunications and computer capabilities,
we can complete the entire mortgage loan process by telephone and
overnight mail. The initial loan application information is taken
over the phone. We can even get credit reports within 30 seconds!
We guarantee a same-day mortgage decision or we pay the customer
$250.
We guarantee to meet the customer's requested closing date or we
reduce the customer's interest rate by 1/8 of one percent for the
life of the loan.*
All of the above is handled by expert mortgage loan consultants
and counselors who keep the customer updated regarding every stage
of the mortgage process.
In addition, we recently
launched the Prospecting Power Program, an exciting new addition
to our already successful Phone In, Move
In® Mortgage Program. You will receive a selection of ready-to-print
Prospecting Power ads that can be customized with your toll-free
mortgage number. So when a call comes in to our Teleservices Center
on your customized toll-free number, and the customer has not selected
a real estate agent, we will notify your office immediately.

lasts for a full year from the date of purchase on a previously owned
home. And if you've purchased a new home, the Extended Home Protection
Plan for ERA protects you from the first anniversary to the fifth
anniversary of closing. ** Limited protection on Condominiums, covering
the water heater, interior plumbing fixtures, and built-in appliances
is also available.

The
ERA Seller Security Plan
Guaranteed sale, guaranteed price.
When you accept an offer from ERA Franchise Systems, Inc., the Sellers
Security® Plan assures you that ERA Franchise Systems, Inc. will
buy your current house if it doesn't sell within 180 days from the
application date. ERA Franchise Systems, Inc. guarantees the purchase
price offer, so you'll know in advance the minimum you can expect
from the sale of your house. You'll also have plenty of time to see
if any other buyer is willing to pay more.
You get the profit, ERA Franchise Systems, Inc. covers any loss.
Almost always, you will receive more than the price guaranteed by
the agreement. If ERA Franchise Systems, Inc. ends up purchasing
your house and then resells it for more than we have in it (including
holding and closing expenses), the net profits are returned to
you. But if ERA Franchise Systems Inc. sells it for less, you don't
take the loss, ERA Franchise Systems, Inc. does.
ERA Mortgage Equity Advance Option can even help with your down
payment.*
The ERA Mortgage Equity Advance Option allows qualified buyers
to borrow against equity. You may use up to $500,000 of your available
equity from the ERA® offer to purchase and close on your new
home or for any other reason. So if the down payment on your new
